Haggis, Neeps and Tatties -
After a generous donnation by our scottish friends from Glasgow, we started of for a real scottish cooking experience. Unfortunately we missed the real Burns Supper on the 25th of January but in honor of the great poet we celebrated a few days after. So after shopping the ingredients, dicing the neeps and the tatties, simmering the haggis and preparing the black pudding we had a wonderfull evening and a delicious dinner.
